Atomic Race Team is a private coaching app for the members of one running club, run by [legal name of the company] ("we"). This page explains what we collect, why, who can see it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email address and team role, provided when you are invited.
• Your profile: anything you choose to add, such as a photo, bio, personal bests, heart-rate settings and races.
• Training: the plans your coach writes for you and the runs you log by hand or from watch files.
• Strava data, if you connect Strava: your activities (distance, time, pace, heart rate, laps, route and gear), read with the access you approve on Strava's own screen.
• Messages and feedback you send through the app.

How we use it

Only to run the coaching service: showing your plan, matching your runs to it, and letting you and your coach see how training is going. We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Who can see it

• You and your coach. Your coach sees your plan, your logged runs and your messages.
• Teammates see your training only if you turn on "Shared with the team" in your profile. It is off until you choose it, and you can switch it off at any time. Your team card (name, photo and bests) is visible to teammates.
• Service providers that host the app and store its data for us: Supabase (database and sign-in) and Netlify (website hosting). They process data only on our behalf.
• We don't pass Strava data to any other third party.

Strava

Connecting Strava is optional. We use Strava data in line with Strava's API Agreement: it is shown only to you, your coach, and teammates you have chosen to share with. You can disconnect at any time from your profile in the app, or from Strava's settings. Disconnecting stops new activities from arriving and removes our access token.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while you are a member of the team. To have your account and everything in it deleted, including Strava activities, email [contact email]. We will confirm once it is done, within 30 days.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections. Access to the database is limited by sign-in, so athletes can only reach their own records and coaches their own team's.

Children

The app is meant for adult club members. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 16 without a parent's consent.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes we will update the date above and tell members in the app. For questions, or to use your data rights, contact [contact email], [legal name of the company], [postal address].
